Love Fund | Kasasa

The Love Fund is a way for Kasasa and its employees to show their love for each other by contributing to a specially designated fund to help in times of need. Employees may choose to have a portion of each paycheck donated and added to the Love Fund.

Every dollar an employee contributes to the Love Fund through recurring payroll donation is automatically matched by Kasasa.

Shortly after joining the Kasasa family, my 18-month old son was injured and had to spend a few days in the hospital. The Love Fund not only visited him in the hospital with a toy and balloons in hand, they offered words of encouragement, provided meals upon returning home, and even helped us financially when the medical bills started to roll in. Donations are paid forward to help employees with health issues, emergency situations, or other financial hardships, the eligibility of which is determined, on a case-by-case basis, by the Love Fund.
